Each client engagement operates with a mutually agreed milestone schedule, deliverables outline, and timeline. Any modifications or feature additions outside the initial agreed scope will be assessed and billed as additional deliverables upon written consent.
Upon complete settlement of agreed project payments, full intellectual property rights, repository access, and source code ownership of the custom application are transferred entirely to the client. Pre-existing open-source frameworks (e.g. Next.js, React, Tailwind) remain under their respective open-source licenses.
Unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed prior to commencement, Aqib Ali reserves the right to showcase publicly deployed deliverables, screenshots, and technical summaries as portfolio case studies to demonstrate engineering expertise.
All custom development deliverables include a complimentary post-launch support period (typically 14 to 30 days) to rectify any bugs or functionality issues arising directly from original specifications. Extended maintenance and feature upgrades can be contracted separately.
While we adhere to the highest standards of clean code, security best practices, and performance optimization, Aqib Ali shall not be liable for damages resulting from external third-party outages (such as cloud hosting failures, third-party API deprecations, or unauthorized client-side code modifications).
